This policy explains how VPNNJ handles data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Different data is used for different purposes: account data helps identify accounts, order records support fulfillment and after-sales service, and site analytics help us understand how pages are performing. This policy also applies when using the service through the user panel.
Data We Collect and How We Use It
When an account is created, VPNNJ processes the username and password set by the user for account verification and login. An email address is not required to create an account. Please keep your login credentials secure and do not submit your password in a support ticket.
Subscription and data package orders generate necessary transaction records, including the selected item, order status, payment status, and account information related to fulfillment. This data is used to confirm entitlements, resolve order issues, reconcile billing, and respond to support requests. When visitors access the marketing website, VPNNJ may collect page visit events and basic information about the browser and device environment to compile site analytics, troubleshoot page issues, and improve usability. Analytics are not used to create individual browsing histories of the website.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNNJ does not record which websites users access through the service or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity by account. These browsing and connection logs have no retention period because the service does not create such records. Account data, order records, and marketing website analytics are separate categories from these connection logs and are handled for the purposes described in this policy.
To deliver subscription entitlements, the user panel displays the account's currently available plans and data usage. This account status information is used to determine entitlements and show remaining data; it is not a history of websites visited. If a connection issue occurs, users may choose to describe the problem in a support ticket. Please avoid including sensitive information unrelated to troubleshooting.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies and browser local storage to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and support normal page operation. Login session data helps the panel recognize an authenticated session; language preferences determine which language is displayed on a return visit. If browser storage is used for analytics, it is only used to identify visit events and compile aggregate statistics and does not change the no-logs policy described above.
Users can clear cookies and local storage in their browser settings. After clearing them, users may need to log in again or select a language again; disabling necessary browser storage may also affect the user panel's normal operation. VPNNJ does not require users to log in to read this privacy policy.
Payment Processing and Data Retention
VPNNJ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. When a payment method is selected, the corresponding payment process is handled by a third-party payment service, which processes the data needed to complete the transaction under its own policies. VPNNJ receives payment results and transaction statuses related to order confirmation for subscription fulfillment, billing reconciliation, and handling refunds or disputes. Please also read the privacy information provided by the selected payment provider.
Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active and as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, provide after-sales support, and meet applicable obligations. Once those purposes have ended, data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. Raw site analytics are deleted or anonymized after aggregation and troubleshooting are complete. Retention periods may vary due to incomplete orders, disputes, or applicable obligations. VPNNJ does not retain data indefinitely by default.
Deletion Requests and Policy Updates
To ask about account data or request a correction or deletion, log in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. VPNNJ will verify the account associated with the request and process data that can be deleted. Records still needed to complete an order, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable obligations will be deleted or anonymized once the relevant purpose has ended. Deleting account data may prevent existing subscriptions from being used through that account. Please check the status of your account entitlements before submitting a request.
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the last updated date at the top of the page will be revised. When there are significant changes to how data is handled, VPNNJ will provide notice in an appropriate location on the site so users can understand the changes before continuing to use the service. We recommend reviewing the current policy when using account and payment features.
